All items are shipped directly by artists and may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping terms, costs, and delivery times vary by artist and destination.
 

Tracking is provided for all orders. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
 

Customs and import fees may apply depending on regulations of the destination. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.
 

Handmade Items
 

Most items on ArtGumi are handmade or one-of-a-kind artworks. They may not be factory perfect and may differ slightly from photos. This is not considered a defect.
 

Returns
 

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of handmade artwork, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
 

Damaged or Lost Items
 

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at hello [at] artgumi.com within 7 days of delivery with your receipt and unboxing video (recommended) or photos.
 

If your order appears lost, check your tracking information first. If tracking shows no update for an extended period, contact us with your order details.
 

ArtGumi will facilitate communication with the artist, who may provide repair guidance or file a claim with the shipping carrier. However, we cannot guarantee resolution, replacement, or compensation.
 

Incorrect Address
 

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

ArtGumi and artists are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
